  • Coordinate and monitor the school’s literacy program in collaboration with administration and district leadership. 

  • Analyze student performance data to identify literacy needs, instructional placement, and academic growth. 

  • Coach teachers on effective reading instruction and provide non-evaluative classroom observation feedback.
